Krill oil is definitely a great alternative to the normal fish oil supplements. You get all the benefits of consuming omega-3 fats without all of the potential toxins lurking in fish oil.
If you are going to take any supplement, I highly recommend doing research on the company and the product itself. Many manufacturers like to cut corners so that they can decrease costs, however, it often results in an inferior product.
